Not a list — a cabinet. Specimens under glass, ordered from the widest ambition down to the narrowest. The last one made the most from the least — so it gets the biggest case.

OK, here's our goal- come up with an entirely novel and new way to develop software in the AI agentic age. The broad idea is to take the conceptual model of the Loop 2.1 system and use it to create a way to structure both the development of software, using AI agents governed with managing a portfolio of in-context software, as well as the actual software itself, leaning into a model that looks to the Space Shuttle for fault tolerance and recoverability. It's re-thinking everything.
I am going to throw a twist at you- we need to design a new thing- a new system which will result in a new page on the site- we need to FULLY dogfood here and create a system and then a page for the site
Ed!
OK, I have a big fun system for us to build- Loop Analytics! We need to know where the people who visit our website are coming from- where in the world are they coming from and all the other things we can learn from the traffic.
Hey, can we add a REALLY kickass search system. Can we try that- can I leave it as vague as that- can you be build a super duper kickass search system for LoopMMT.com that we can generalize and use ANYWHERE?
In the universe of the super smart giraffe, or, that is, the universe that the being currently inhabiting the super smart giraffe came from, before being portaled, rather rudely, through an interdimenstional bus into some unsuspecting giraffe living on some savannah in Kenya, beings do not organize themselves like we humans do here on Earth.
Ed! I want to try something a little crazy maybe. I want to use the new Fable model and work an idea- but we're going to seed the idea with VERY VERY little- just one shape- just one image, which I want you to throw A TON of resources at. We're going to run every Plane we have in our new Programs system ... After that we are going to run it through the Gauntlet ... You have WIDE LATITUDE here to work. This entire thing is PLANNING ONLY.
I am curious to see what you can do with this- take it through a full process of pushing to the highest derivative possible. Build the process however you think best using all the tools you have and those you can make if you need. As you find the final
Hey, what we are doing here- building the way our drag and drop system works- that needs to be a fully set pattern here- we have the same thing with the tabs at the top of the page. Rather than run the risk of re-designing something
I want a new protocol that we can call at any point to force an Elegance Check- a brutally clear look at whatever is in front of us with the idea of cutting things that don't need to be there. It's not removing things to remove
We're going to pan for gold on how to make the system better- ~tower+gthang+fair <<10 FWWC>> PAN>Wes:SF>how train schedules were developed hand in hand with regular-time>>how a kid selling grilled cheese in a Grateful Dead lot all summer can make a bunch of money while tripping
S>Super Frame (Whole Frame/Super Frame/WholeFrame)>Random/Random/Random>plan>report on newly formed giant gold bar >BWPDF & HTML//confirm
RCR all frame to write the build plan, then another RCR all frame to actually build it off of that plan. Think about the excitement of new discovery as you build- the feeling in your gut when you know you have something that no one else
~discovery+grove <<10 fwwc, macgyver, mandelbrot, random>> | Sublime R>Wes>Super Frame> "how can the DDE protocol Stitch into the WHOLE system, look extra hard here, 4C, FWWC, Up and down">plan for how to do that //confirm
Wait, that has not really happened much, but will again. Let's build a protocol and capture the moment. RCR on if we should make a protocol around what just happened there- where I decided we could not find the solution, so we are going to park
Ed! We have a MASSIVE job to do- we have to formalize what a Gate is, exactly.
I think you need to RCR and add something to how we operate to check for this- "Good catch. I used "cadence" five times — all in the generic "update cadence" sense, meaning how often something changes. But Cadence™ is a system artifact — The Daily

Ed!
Hey, new thing- if you "Shrute" something up, it means you messed up and it needs a Glorp. So I ever point out that you "Shruted" Thing X, you should then Glorp Thing X. Can you please work that into wherever it needs to be worked into the system? And can you then kick me out a short report on all the things you did to which file to add that in?
I forget and don't care. Build a Protocol for that- first make sure there are no consequences for me not caring, then if that is the case, just figure out a way to get the task done and do in however you think best. Brutally generalize
Do it- AX
You take the Conn and make the decision on this- make the best engineering choice and do the work right, not fastest.
I want to create a new protocol or utility or whatever, that creates a Red Team- a group of 5-7 or so AI people from outside who we can bring in to try to break our shit. They should be designed as a team that is
Ed!
Can we make our website better, in terms of how the AI takes the entire thing and parses it?
Ed!
Ed!
Ed! I want to tune up our Concurrency System.
Ed! We have a big job- load up the repo and load in relevant KPS in science, math, design, internet, Github, Claude, version control, and any other KP you identify as being helpful after you get the full scope of of the work. Add in one
The way to think about it, is that the shape of an ultimate point is a moving map. If you look down on an ultimate field from hundreds of feet up, and you could have the players play on a field that had LED technology like the new NBA board, you could
Hey, we're going to Look Up here, and we're going to take on a Very Big Question- how do we pre-build a Map of All Knowledge, that we will build a system to fill in. Right now we have the small bunch of KPs that we
Ed! Big brainstorm sesh- I want to talk about how to manage the newly written Loop World ecosystem of apps, which is approaching 70 now. We need a framework and scaffold system to handle that body of work- we need
Ed! I just had a good idea, I think.
OK, quick brainstorm RCR- in the Loop 2.1 computer, we came up with keyboard shortcuts for the Operator to use if they wanted. I want the same thing for here, some kind of code like language that I can use
Ed! I have an idea for something that we kind of have already built- a programming language for Loop MMT. I know we have pidgin and the Shuttle, which I can use to give you prompts in a shorter hand, but what about if we had
Can you please assemble everything that needs to be done for the Forest- everything you turned up here- onto the Punch List, if they are not already, and then start working it so we can get them all done? That is what I would like you
OK, the drag and drop is snappy enough for sure, but we need to add in something- right now when I click and drag, I don't 'grab' anything, when I click, the cursor just turns into a cursor and I have no feedback that I 'have'
Right now when you send a message, the user is hit with a 30 second countdown, shown right in the compose window, after which the email is sent. It's a very awkward process for the user, as you sit around and watch the counter go down,
I am doing my best to stay on track with this, but I can't help this one, so we have to do a quick Shea Walk. We'll explore it, and then walk back here to keep moving the product forward. The question is- would it make
Hey, quick idea- could we build a Jukebox protocol that would allow you to HEAR music better? I imagine something that would have an index of songs and artists and albums, made up of lyrics and sound waves and images for each song, so when I say "play some Avett Brothers", you'd have a richer context to load in.
I want to start on the process of adding a new member to the Dev crew- let's run an RCR here to get our initial thoughts out and together and then pick up the work after a hand off. Here is what I am thinking- I
Ed! I have a cool job for us- I want to create a new KP for 'what a dog needs to know'. I would very much like to have a border collie running around but I would like it to be driven by science, math, and
I want to distill Hex and the offense style we play with my kids on my teams down to three simple rules. So it's like 5S. Here are some more resources- https://hiveultimate.com/ & https://ultiworld.com/2021/01/28/hexagon-the-bestagon-a-look-inside-the-hex-offense/. Figure it out. RCR it, then Super RCR it, then Super RCR it again. Use self
I need you to design a five week curriculum for my ultimate frisbee league- it's for kids in grades 2-8, where the kids are broken up in grades 2/3, 4/5, and 6/7/8, so the curriculum should be designed in three tiers- with the youngest ones being
