the new problem its own good decision just created — out loud, in the plan, not
buried.

  The cut has a price, and I've put it in the plan rather than buried it: the
  view we removed was the pressure release. Without it, one screen now carries
  eighty-one boards' worth of marks, the density blocks, and three nesting
  levels in line-weight alone.

  That's a new, created risk — created by the right decision — and it is now
  the leading unbuilt risk in the plan.

Why this is a receipt: the correct decision made a new problem, and the system
wrote the new problem down and ranked it as the top risk in the same breath. A
plan that only lists what it solved is marketing. A plan that names the risk its
own best call just introduced is a receipt.
